Dr. Kapildev Yadav is a highly experienced Consultant in Liver Transplant and HPB (Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary) Surgery, with a career spanning over 8 years. He obtained his graduation degree and completed his DNB (Diplomate of National Board) in General Surgery. To further specialize in HPB and Liver Transplantation, he pursued a fellowship at one of the pioneering centers in western India.
After completing his training, Dr. Kapildev worked at esteemed hospitals including Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital, Nanavati Max Hospital, Hiranandani Hospital in Mumbai, and Metro Heart Institute with Multispecialty in Delhi NCR. In these roles, he served as a Liver Transplant and HPB Surgeon, gaining valuable experience and honing his skills in complex surgeries.
Dr. Kapildev Yadav's expertise lies in various types of liver transplantation procedures, including living donor liver transplantation, deceased donor liver transplantation, ABO incompatible liver transplantation, auxiliary liver transplantation, dual lobe liver transplantation, and swap liver transplantation. He is proficient in performing complex Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary surgeries, such as surgeries for liver cancer (major/minor hepatectomy), bile duct cancer (major hepatectomy), colorectal liver metastases, pancreatic cancer (Whipple's procedure), chronic pancreatitis, gall bladder cancers, bile duct injuries/bile duct strictures, and biliary atresia in pediatric patients.
